Terms and Conditions for Firmads Corp Pvt. Ltd.

Welcome to Firmads Corp Pvt. Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services:
Firmads Corp Pvt. Ltd. offers a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Website Design and Development
The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal tailored to your needs.
2. Payment:
Payment for services will be as agreed upon in the contract or invoice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment till a budget of 1 Lacs will be paid upfront for any services and above that 80% should be paid as advance and 20% on the date of delivery of service.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
All services provided by Firmads Corp Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable. Once a service has been initiated, payments made are final and will not be refunded. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital marketing services, where results can be influenced by various external factors.
4. Service Delays:
While we strive to deliver our services promptly, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, changes in client requirements, or factors beyond our control. Firmads Corp Pvt. Ltd. will communicate any anticipated delays to the client with valid reasons and work diligently to minimize their impact. Such delays shall not be grounds for refunds.
5. Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing Firmads Corp Pvt. Ltd. with the necessary information, access, and approvals required to perform the agreed-upon services. Failure to do so may result in delays or affect the quality of the service.
6. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Firmads Corp Pvt. Ltd. shall remain with the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the service provision.
8. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. However, termination by the client will not entitle them to a refund for any services already provided.
9. Disclaimer:
Firmads Corp Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee specific results for any of its digital marketing services. The effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns can be influenced by numerous factors, including market conditions, competitor activities, and changes in search engine algorithms.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State], India.
